Special Events Insurance

Frogtown is pleased to be able offer you Special Events Liability Insurance through the California Fairs Services Authority.  Proof of insurance is required in order to rent the facility.

This insurance will cover your for $1,000,000 liability, including food poisoning, property damage, fire legal liability, personal injury, contractual liability and bodily injury.  Host liquor liability is included. (Giving away alcoholic beverages, not selling them)

To purchase this insurance, the fair will need a cashiers check or money order made payable to “California Fairs Services Authority” or “CFSA” for the full amount not less than 10 days prior to the event. If you should have any questions, please contact the fair office at (209) 736-2561.
