The Board of Directors of the 39th District
Agricultural Association meets the second Wednesday
of every month. The Board of Directors is appointed
by the Governor. The said board is the governing
leg of the Association. The monthly meetings
are open to the public and are held in the Administration
Building at the Calaveras County Fairgrounds. Items
wishing to appear on the agenda must be submitted
in writing to the Fairgrounds, 15 days prior to the
meeting date.
